Risk Management in the Age of AI: Risk Society Editorial

As guest editor of Risk Society’s October 2026 edition, I explored how AI is changing risk management itself. The editorial brings together perspectives on delegated authority, changing business dependencies, regulation and the quality of the decisions risk professionals help organizations make.

My focus is on using AI to strengthen judgment and challenge established practices, while keeping accountability clear as technology and organizations evolve.
